1. CashFree Security Architecture

Gift House integrates with CashFree, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. All transaction data is transferred over 256-bit SSL encrypted channels. No sensitive card credentials (such as CVV or PIN) are stored on our servers.

2. Payment Deducted But Order Not Created? (Auto-Refund)

If an amount is debited from your bank or UPI wallet during a network glitch but no order confirmation appears:

Automatic Bank Reversal: In 99% of cases, CashFree automatically detects the failed session and triggers a refund within 24 to 48 banking hours back to your originating account.

If the amount is not received after 3 working days, share your bank UTR / CashFree payment ID with us on WhatsApp for rapid reconciliation.

3. Refund Timelines

All approved refunds for returns or cancellations are processed through CashFree back to your original payment instrument:

  • UPI / Wallets: 24 to 48 hours
  • Credit / Debit Cards: 3 to 7 business days
  • Net Banking: 2 to 4 business days
