2. Strict Photo & Media Privacy Guarantee

Your Personal Memories Are 100% Private: Photos and artwork uploaded for custom mugs, frames, and lamps are processed strictly by our in-house Palacode studio designers solely to print your gift. We never share, sell, or publicly showcase your personal photos without explicit consent.

3. Secure CashFree Payments

All online payments are handled by CashFree Software Private Limited, an RBI-compliant, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway. Your card numbers, UPI PINs, and bank credentials are encrypted end-to-end and are never stored on Gift House servers.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We utilize browser cookies and local storage to remember your language preferences (Tamil / English), preserve your cart items, and showcase your recent browsing history. You can clear cookies anytime in your browser settings.
