Terms & Conditions

Please review the terms governing your purchase and use of Gift House Palacode products and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products on Gift House Palacode (gifthousepalacode.com or our mobile apps), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Customization & User Content Uploads

When uploading photos, names, dates, or audio recordings for custom products (magic mugs, LED frames, keychains, etc.):

  • You represent that you own the rights or have permission to use all uploaded images and text.
  • You agree not to submit copyrighted material without consent, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
  • We reserve the right to refuse customization orders containing illegal or inappropriate imagery.

3. Pricing & CashFree Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed through CashFree via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, and authorized wallets. We do not store your banking or card details on our servers.

4. Orders, Fabrication & Pickup

Customized gifts require handcrafted fabrication time (usually 2 to 24 hours depending on the product). Same-day in-store pickup is available at our Palacode studio during operating hours (10:00 AM – 9:00 PM).

5. Returns, Replacements & 360° Video

All returns are subject to our dedicated Return & Refund Policy. For damage claims, a continuous uncut 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory. Change of mind returns on eligible non-customized goods are subject to an 80% refund (20% reverse logistics fee).

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharmapuri / Palacode, Tamil Nadu.
